Gil for Model Number Whirlpool Duet Front-Loading Washer (cir 2006) When a wash cycle starts on washer the water on enters the soap dispensed on the bleach/softerner side and does not wash down the dry soap into the drum? I assume this may be an electronic control module problem? Appreciate the help!
