James B for Model Number GHW9200LQ The only ( cycle completed) green light is lit up on the user interface, after replacing the CCU. ( 8181924). Before replacing the CCU, the user interface 8181866 was totally dead. Is the user interface dead?
Answer James, Based on your post description, yes you'll want to first check and make sure that the wire harness between the U/I and the CCU is properly installed and no loose connections or twists or pinches in the wiring. Then replece the U/I 8181866 . You may want to program into the diagnostics and test modes, clear any error codes and allow the washer to run the complete test cycle. Read More...
