Hello Don. Check and make sure there are no loose or broken wires on the unit. If not, see if the user interface has power when this happens. If so, and it goes out, you will need to replace the interface. If there is no power, you will replace the CCU WP8182221. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
