Trux for Model Number GHW9100LW1

I'm not sure if I need to replace the control board (AP3767528) or the control panel (AP3772921). There are 2 symptoms. The main problem is that the dial that selects (whitest whites/normal/quick wash/delicate/silk/wool) only selects the bottom options (delicate/silk/wool/hand washsables), if I turn the dial to one of the upper options (whitest whites/normal/quick wash) the red light indicates one of the lower options instead. The second symptom is that the machine frequently and sporadically beeps 3 times during the wash.
