Jim February 21, 2016 for Model Number GHW9100LW1 Where can I find the video for replacing the user interface on my Whirlpool GHW9100LW1 washing machine? I ordered the replacement, but cannot figure out how to remove the old one with a broken control button.
1 Answer Hello Jim. Sorry we do not have a video at this time. We are working daily at adding new videos to our site. Disconnect the power. Remove the screws from the top panel and slide it back and off the unit. Once removed, you will remove the dispenser and remove all screws securing the control panel to the unit. Then unsnap the control panel from the cabinet on the unit. Remove the board and replace the board. Read More...

Paul October 27, 2014 for Model Number GHW9100LW1 The "control" button and the "start" button do not respond. According to your chart this would indicate a problem with the user interface part. Can this be purchased without the electronic control assembly? Does the electronic control assembly contain the user interface board?

Trux June 08, 2014 for Model Number GHW9100LW1 I'm not sure if I need to replace the control board (AP3767528) or the control panel (AP3772921). There are 2 symptoms. The main problem is that the dial that selects (whitest whites/normal/quick wash/delicate/silk/wool) only selects the bottom options (delicate/silk/wool/hand washsables), if I turn the dial to one of the upper options (whitest whites/normal/quick wash) the red light indicates one of the lower options instead. The second symptom is that the machine frequently and sporadically beeps 3 times during the wash.
1 Answer Trux, Based on the description this issue sounds like the user interface has failed and will need to be replaced. Read More...
