Hello Jonathan. You will need to cycle the icemaker and see if it is sending power to the water valve. If so, and the water is not going to the icemaker, you will need to replace the water valve WPW10245167. Also check and make sure the fill tube is not frozen up. If the refrigerator is cooling, the compressor is ok. It shuts off once the sensor is satisfied. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
