Answer Hello Mjs. If the icemaker is sending power to the water valve, and the water is not coming to the icemaker, you will need to replace the water valve WPW10245167. Make sure the fill tube is not frozen as well. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
