Hello Ann. Unhook the water line from the bottom of the freezer door. Press the dispenser for water and see if water comes out there. If so, the water line inside the freezer door is frozen and will need to be replaced. If there is no water there, you will want to test at the water valve and see if there is power going to the valve when the dispenser is pressed. If so, and no water comes out, you will need to replace the water valve WPW10245167. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
