Bo for Model Number SRD25VPSE & last digits on Mfr 23WE

My water dispenser abruptly quit working. I have not confirmed yet whether the ice maker is getting water because the ice bin was full at the time. I replaced the water valve (AP4511621)which did not correct the problem. I then referred to the electrical drawing label attached to the back of the Fridge. I traced a light blue wire to a solenoid switch that might be the problem. Assuming this is correct, how would I access it. But first let me know if you think that will solve the problem before I buy another part. Thanks

Answer

Hello Bo. If the switch WP10533003 is bad, it can cause the dispenser not to work. Also, check and make sure the water line in the freezer door is not frozen over. If so, it will need to be thawed out. Trace all the wires and make sure none of the wires going from the switch to the water valve are broke. Hope this helps.
