Mike for Model Number WTW5100VQ2 Wash machine does not allow cold water in, however hot works fine.What is the most likely cause?
Answer Hello Mike, Check the screens on the water valve to make sure that it is not clogged. You can also check to make sure that the solenoid on the water valve is getting power.
