Doc for Model Number KHWS01PMT2 Am getting F11 code and when messing with the machine it messes with the door switch. while trying to get it to go away I get a door lock code also... I changed the door lock and it worked thru 5 washes and then started doing the same thing. starts with the F11 when it reaches drain and spin on the timer. I checked all the connections and they all look good. Cleaned the filter trap also. Could you help with the next thing I should do.
Answer Hello Doc, the fault code F11 refers to the main control board not being able to power or communicate with the motor control board when this occurs the main control will not allow the door latch to unlock for several minutes for safety, if you try to force the door to unlock in that time through the control panel you can get a false lock fault code ,the motor control board is part W10756692.
