Doug J. for Model Number 110.45091401 Kenmore HE Washer My wife says the washer gets out of balance easier than it used to. The washer is 4 years old. She says it used to never get out of balance but does frequently now. Is there a worn part that causes this? Could a weak drum belt be the cause? Thanks in advance for your help. Doug
Answer Hello Doug. You will need to check and see if the shocks WP8182703 are wore or broke on the unit. If so, they will need to be replaced.
