Tom R for Model Number AP3108436 Top two unit refrigerator side light bulbs both burned out within a month of each other. I replaced both with the correct brand new Phillips 40 watt bulbs but they will not light up. Please advise what possibly could be wrong. The door switch does work because the bottom light on the fridge side does come on.
Answer Hello Tom, It is a possibility that the bulbs are not in all the way. When you turn the bulb on these they come to a stopping point. You then have to give them an extra twist to get them past the contact and allow them to come on. We will need your model number to help you with this.
