Answer Hello John. It sounds like either the timer or the motor is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. If there is power to the motor, and it does not run, replace the motor. If there is power to both the forward and reverse wires to the motor, replace the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
