James for Model Number KAWS850LQ1 Hi, I get a brief clicking noise when the washer either begins to agitate or spin. It is like - click, click, click, click - then it begins to agitate or spin normally. I checked the clutch and brake cam - still good, the motor coupler - still good, and the pump - still good. With the cabinet removed, I think that the noise is coming from the motor. Could it be the motor switch? I don't see any burn marks on the switch or the harness connector. Answer Hello James. It could be a communication issue. If it is working, it may be wise to let it go until the part fails. Then you can determine if the board or motor is causing the issue.
