Lorraine Kielian for Model Number Whirpool LSR7233EOO When I set my dial to wash, the washer does not fill with water or do anything. However if I set the dial to Rinse or Spin it will fill with water and finish its cycle. Any help you can be is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Answer Lorraine, You will want to check the hot water valve or check to see if the unit fills with water on the cold setting. It sounds like the hot water valve screen may be clogged or the hot water is not turned on. If these check ok and the water fills on cold water then the most likely cause for the issue would be with the hot water valve is faulty and would need to be replaced. Read More...
