Jon H for Model Number 11092582810 Washing machine will start for about 15 seconds after filled up then shut off then unit will randomly start for 10-15 seconds and shut off. Unit also seems to do this regardless of if the lid switch is plugged in or not. (check continuity in lid switch and it seems to be fine) Motor feels very hot. I disconnected the pump from the motor and it still is showing the same symptoms.
Answer Jon, This issue sounds like it would either be caused by a faulty motor or the contacts in the timer are sticking and sending power to the motor to agitate and spin at the same time.
