Geoff for Model Number WTW57ESVW0 The washer will not spin or drain. I took it apart-pump not jammed, coupler good, motor not frozen, jumped lid switch ok, took out inner drum and found nothing binding it up. Could it be the capacitor? The inner drum seems frozen up, not spinning freely. Thanks, Geoff
