Mark D for Model Number LSC9245BW1 My whirlpool washer will agitate and fill....but will not spin or drain....have checked continuity in the lid switch....is it the motor or what?
Answer Hello Mark. Check and make sure the lid switch is working properly and make sure the strike on the lid is pressing the switch. If all of that is good, you will need to test for power to the motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
