Kc for Model Number ET14AK2LNR0 How do I connect the existing wires (2) from my Model ET14AK2LNR0 fridge to the new Overload/Relay P/N AP3108472 relay and klixon overload? The new relay has connections numbered 1&2 (on the right side) and 3&4 (4 has no connector spade) (on the left side) and I know the relay connects on the bottom 2 compressor pins. I know the new kilxon overload connects to the top post on the compressor and the WHITE wire from the fridge connects to that. Currently the fridge has a round klixon overload which rests on the compressor where 1 RED wire from the fridge connects to one of its 2 connecting pins where the 2nd pin from the klixon is a RED' wire that would connect to the old relay.
Answer Hi Kc. Red wires from the defrost timer, defrost thermostat, and evap. fan motor go all to one side of the overload. Then the overload to the Relay single pin. White from the evap. fan motor, white from the defrost bi-metal thermostat and white from the ribbed power (neutral) to the "C" on the compressor. Thank you. Read More...
