John V for Model Number 59672234200 I have replaced the defrost timer, defrost heater, and the high limit tstat, but the unit still will not defrost. What am I missing?
Answer Hello John. Are you melting all the ice off the coils after you replaced the parts? If not, you will need to clear all the ice off the coils for the defrost cycle to work properly.
