Allen H for Model Number gb2shkxlt00 The part I recieved does not look like the one I have. I believe this is an updated part, but the wire connections are not in the same place and one is larger than the other. Could you please tell me if I need to cut my original wiring harness, and if so, which wire goes where? Thankeyou. Allen
Answer Allen, The wiring to the relay should be attached in the following locations, The Blue wire(L1) should attach to the top horizontal terminal of the new assembly. The White wire (N) should attach the the vertical terminal on the right side of the assembly( in some cases, you may have to replace the 1/4 in terminal with a 1/8 in terminal). The run capacitor will slip onto the peg and slide back so the two terminals insert and lock into place in the two horizontal slots on the bottom of the assembly. Read More...
