Shannon for Model Number MDB7851AWSO Based on the answers to questions from others I ordered and replaced the control panel (W10197307) because ours would only show a solid light on the start button then flash three times when pressed and return to solid. after changing the control panel the problem persisted. Where should I go next and will you take the control panel on return since it was not the problem?
Answer Hello Shannon. Check the door switches and make sure they are good on the unit. Bad door switches will prevent the unit from running. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
