Tricia for Model Number MDB7749AWW1 Getting common problem - can set Normal Wash, Heated dry lights up but nothing happens when I push Start button. Took cover off and all connections secure and clean. Does the control panel (the exterior part with the soft touch buttons) also include the electronic module that connects with the ribbon cable? How do I know which part is the bad one?
Answer Hello Tricia. Yes, it comes with the buttons and ribbon cable. It does not come with the control board.
