Kevin for Model Number cannot find the model number We have a 10 year old Maytag 300 Series Legacy Series (all white) working great one day and the next, nothing will respond or light up on the touch pad. Do you think it is just the touch pad? Is a 10 year old machine that gets used about 3 times a week for 10 years. worth repairing? 1500 cycles. it was getting a bit louder but still doing the job. Not sure it is the pump or the touch pad but I suspect the touch pad because no lights, nothing. thoughts?
Answer Hello Kevin. It does sounds like either the breaker or the control panel. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html'>http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
