Suzie for Model Number MDB5601AWB Our problem is similar to others regarding the touch pad. The three wash choice buttons, "heavy", "normal", and "light", appear to work but 30 seconds after pressing "start" the panel indicates that I have chosen "rinse only" and that is what the washer does. It only rinses. No soap used and no drying cycle. Which parts need replaced? Do I need to replace the control panel, the control board?
