Answer Bob, Start with the control panel/keypad assembly 6-919819 . I expect the ribbon or the keypad has started to deteriorate. If you have a multimeter and want to test the keypad button circuits, You'll find the tech data sheet behing the kickplate panel in a plastic bag.
