Answer Bob, the symptoms for both components are the same. Only certain selector buttons work, All keypads are inoperative, Your first check, is to remove the inner door liner to access and test the door switches, both switches have a closed circuit when the switch plunger is depressed. You also need to insure you have 120 VAC at the switch terminals. You'll find the tech data wiring diagram located behind the kickplate panel, in a plastic bag/envelope. You can test the resistance of each keypad using the data sheet. The control panel/keypad assembly 6-919819 is the weakest link in the system and is the most likely issue.
