B Howell for Model Number MDBH965AWB My dishwasher slowly started losing functions like heavy duty wash and normal wash and now it only works on instant wash. My question is do you think it is the control panel or control board?
Answer We are pretty sure (98 %) your issue is in the control panel / keypad assembly 6-919836. If you wish, you can retrieve the tech sheet attached to the backside of the kickplate panel and test the individual keypads with a meter using the tech sheet as a guide. Read More...
