Leslie for Model Number Maytag Model #MDBH965AWB We have a Maytag dishwasher Model #MDBH965AWB. The keypad has been flaky and intermittent and the unit has continued to run until recently. We were able to get it running for a few weeks but taking off the door and jiggling the ribbon cable and connectors on the control board. It has also responded to throwing the circuit board and then worked a few times. Now it has stopped working completely. How do we know whether to replace the keypad assembly or the control panel?
Answer Leslie, We're 98% sure the issue is in the control panel / keypad assembly 6-919836. You can retrieve the tech data sheet from the backside of the kickplate panel and test the individual key pads with a meter, using the information in the tech sheet. Read More...
