Kathleen for Model Number KUDC03FVSS2 There are fragments of a black plastic with a brown film breaking off from underneath the door. I can feel the insulation in the door where there are large pieces missing. What is this part? I have had the machine for 2 years and for the first 1.5 years used it only rarely. Now it is used about 2 times per week. Is there something I need to look at to determine why it is breaking?
Answer Hello Kathleen. You will need to check and see if the air inlet WPW10077883 is breaking and coming apart. If so, you will need to order and replace it. There are a few things that can do this, and it would be best to remove the inner door panel and see where the parts are coming from. Make sure the power is disconnected before doing the repair.
