Small screws and very limited space to get into. Use a magic nut driver or something to hold the screw. Jonathan T Ridgefield , CT March 08, 2024 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDT03FTBL0 The dishwasher was leaking from under the door in front A plastic strip had broken off from somewhere and was found in the tub; it turns out to have been part of the "air inlet" at the bottom of the door, and it probably had broken off due to many years of repeated flexing. Problem was solved by replacing the air inlet. Video instructions for this were very helpful. Lining up small screws with holes in air vent took several attempts. Be careful of sharp edges! So I replaced the Air Inlet, which seals the bottom of the door. Comparing the old to the new, it was clear the old Air Inlet seal had smashed down over the years. We only ran 1 load so far, but it didn't leak. AppliancePartsPros has a video showing you how to replace it. The 5 small screws that hold it onto the door are hard to get on ... the tape allowed me to get the outer screws in, but not the other 3. My wife had to help - I held the Inlet in place while she put those 3 screws in. Without 2 people it would be tough. Read More...
