Hello gatorsteeler. You can try turning the pump by hand and see if it is locked up. If not, then either the water valve is bad and not filling the unit or the motor is bad and is humming. Also, make sure the timer is not bad and powering both the spin and agitate function of the motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
