Jennifer for Model Number mah5500bwq the washer will not fill and we are now getting a nd code when we try to run the washer .we just replaced the upper control board and it did not help other than we now get this code, the drain pump is making a bit of noise though.the pump is clear of debris.Help please
Answer Jennifer, The "ND" code stands for No Drain, or the control board is not seeing the water level switch circuit, reset to empty. With a noisy pump and a drain code problem, replace the pump WP25001052, and check the drain hoses for debris. The water level switch mounts directly to the top of the drain pump, check the wiring for loose connections, and the interior of the rubber cap and opening for debris,( lint or water/detergent deposits ) blocking the air flow to the switch.
