Sally for Model Number Dont know Maytag neptune not draining. Opened and fixed the problem, I thoght, but still when I run it and I get the nd code
Answer Sally, the ND code indicates the washer is not draining, or the water level switch is not resetting to the empty position. So, does the washer drain untill it's empty ? if not you may need a new drain pump WP25001052 and the water level switch is probably mounted to the drain pump 12001891 if my guess is right, depending on the model and serial number, Thanks and Good Luck.
