Mickey for Model Number MAH5500BWW My washer works normally, but there is a water leak around the base of the drain pump. It does not leak a lot, but the water accumulates on the floor. I checked both hoses attached to the pump. The connections are tight and dry, the hoses are ok. That is the only place on the bottom panel of the washer where I saw any water. What do you think, is the pump the problem? What is your advice? Thanks.
Answer Hello Mickey. You can remove the front panel and run the machine with it off. Then you can look for the leak and find out where it is coming from. Be sure and check the door boot.
