Bill W. for Model Number MAH5500BWW My machine got the code ND and would never leave that cycle. When I put the drain hose down at floor level it did drain. I removed the motor and disassembled the impeller and they looked damaged, but I'm not sure how big they are suppose to be. I can spin the impeller but it has slight spring back since its a motor I guess thats normal. I sure don't want to replace the motor only to find out its a module somewhere else.
Answer Hello Bill, This sounds like the unit has a clog or the pump WP25001052 is bad. These pumps aren't as robust as the other pumps they make and when debris gets to the impeller, it wastes the pump most of the time. You do need to remove both hoses and blow through them to ensure there are no clogs. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, September 19, 2012
