Jim for Model Number lte5243dq4 Ran wash cycle and machine stopped. Would not empty water. When I rotate control to rinse cycle it still won't empty but starts rinse wash cycle. What's wrong and how do I open housing to view?
Answer Hello Jim. Check and see if the lid switch is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
