Darrell for Model Number LSQ9659LWO I have a Whirlpool washer that doesn't drain but spins. It's not the lid switch, checked the pump and it seems good, no obstructions in the hoses or the pump. The washer fills and agititates, but when it's supposed to drain just jumps straight to spin spinning without stopping to drain. Any idea of what it could be? Thanks
Answer Darrell, the issue with the washer is a mechanical issue, you will need to check the basket drive assembly, clutch and gearcase. We've made several attempts to provide you with the technical information you need for accessing and checking the components, but the e mails are returned as demon mailers. Please repost with an e mail address that will work and we'll try again. Thanks Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, March 28, 2014
