Rina for Model Number 11029522801 My washer will fill but not sprin or drain. Noise is heard. Is this the water pump and where is it located?
Answer Hello Rina. You will need to test the lid switch WP8318084 and see if it is bad. If so, you will need to replace it. It is located under the control panel. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
