Ajay K for Model Number 11023032100 TIA for reading. Please help me. Details ~ Washer Brand - Kenmore Model number 11023032100 Type 111 Machine has run fine over the years, NO major issues ever. Background~ Upper agitator is rotating clockwise and counterclockwise. I believe the agitator dogs have gone bad. After we noticed that the agitator dogs are bad we have used the machine a few times. Dogs have NOT been replaced yet Problem ~ Machine with a heavy load of JUST towels banged for a while than I forced the switch while in the rinse cycle to spin to force a quick completion of the cycle and STOP the banging. Clothes came out wet but WITH A LOT OF BLACK GUNK PARTICLES - LESS THAN AN INCH SIZE - THESE GOT STUCK TO THE CLOTH. Want to know what shall I fix given the background. I opened the machine and didnt find any major damage to the COUPLER. DIDN'T SEE ANY OIL OOZING OUT OF THE TRANSMISSION.MOTOR IS RUNNING FINE. The pump on this machine was replaced with a genuine FSP pump brought from your site 4 years back. Please help me before I replace the CLUTCH ASSEMBLY or any other part. Thank you.
