Rick for Model Number awn311sp111tw01 This washer has been on line for 5 years, only needed a new drive belt. Now the pump causes the drain line to over flow. The drain line is clear, ( 2" ) commercial condo's. opened up wall to trace line. Now what?
Answer Hello Rick. If the stand pipe is over flowing, there has to be a restriction in the stand pipe. The volume of water that comes out of these pumps is no where near enough to cause a 2" pipe to back up unless there is a blockage in the pipe restricting the flow of water. Read More...
