Kevin for Model Number kennmore elite The pump doesn't leak...it just seems as though it's not completely draining the drum as the cloths still appear too wet...Spin cycle appears to run long enough...Sound like a pump problem or is it something else...?
Answer Kevin, It could certainly be the drain pump and would want to check the filter on it to make sure that there is no debris that would keep it from draining completely. If this checks ok then it could be that the unit is not spinning properly which if it is banging around any then could be a issue with the spider having been broken. Read More...
