Ernesto T. I don't know the model # but is a whirlpool ultimate care II 10 CYCLES, Commercial quality. My washer was WORKING properly until stop. STARTED NORMAL( WASHING )AND THEN STOP. I PUT IT BACK AGAIN FROM THE BEGINNING TO WASH,AND DOES WASH REALLY WELL BUT AT THE TIME TO RINSE AND SPIN DOES NOT DO ANYTHING. THE ONLY THING DOES IS WASH BUT NOT RINSE OR SPIN. MY WASHER ITS FULL OF WATER W MY CLOTHES. PLEAS HELP ME. DON'T KNOW THE PART I NEED TO CHANGE.
