Mel for Model Number AP6008107 A month ago I replaced this part on my washer. It’s the direct-drive water pump. (I did not get this part from your company) The part I purchased has already failed and my washer leaked again! When I removed the part I could actually see melted plastic on the side opposite of where the part slides onto the motor. I obviously need a new water pump, but now I’m wondering if there’s something else wrong with the washer that might have caused this piece to melt. This time I’m thinking I should order the part from a more reputable source so I’m also wondering what is your parts guarantee policy?
