Dbr for Model Number atw4475vq0 I just replaced the timer on my machine, the washer runs the cycle but water drains while it is filling in both the wash and rinse cycles Can you help me out here?
Answer Hello DBR. You will need to check and see if the drain hose is to far inside the drain pipe causing the machine to siphon out.
