Rachelle M. for Model Number 11020722990 Washer runs though cycles and washes clothes, but when it gets to last spin cycle, the water drains but clothes are extremely wet when I go to remove. I usually put it though the last spin cycle again and the clothes appear to be less wet but still wetter than normal. Do you think this is a coupling problem or could it be the lid switch?
Answer Hello Rachelle. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the clutch assembly 285785 may be bad in the unit. Check and see if it is work, and is not turning the tub fast enough and is slipping. If so, replace the clutch. Hope this helps. Read More...
