Hello Rose Ann. No, test and see if there is power coming to the water valve 285805 on the unit. If so, make sure the screens are not clogged. If the screens are good, and there is power there, but no water, replace the water valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
