Gonzalo for Model Number i dont have it right know Last year In the winter, the machine filled up the tub itself and we don't know the cause. I need your help to fix it myself. Did the pump get broken or is it somthing else?
Answer Hello Gonzalo, If the tub fills with water with the machine off, you need to make sure you have sufficient water pressure to the unit, (water faucets turned on all the way).
