Answer Hello Kevin. If the washer does not drain, but it does go into the spin cycle, you may have a bad pump WP3363394 and the pump need to be replaced. If there is no spinning action or no water draining, you may have a bad lid switch on the unit. If the water drains, but the unit does not spin, you may have a bad motor coupling or the clutch assembly is bad on the unit. Read More...
