Answer Hi Julie, I found model number LSQ9610LW instead of LSW9610LW so you might want to verify your model again. If the machine is leaking water at the bottom, it is possibly the drain pump WP3363394 or one of the hoses. 285871 (Tub to Pump Hose) or WPW10358149 (Internal Drain Hose).
